I had been wanting to to get more chamomile tea for a while after our local coop stop carrying it, especially after I got it before playing an open mic and I noticed it made me calmer and my mouth was not al all dry after drinking the chamomile which is greats for a singer songwriter who is nervous like me . After reading several studies highlighting its benefits. Chamomile has been traditionally used for relaxation, improved sleep quality, digestive support, and anti-inflammatory effects due to its high levels of apigenin, a natural antioxidant. Beyond its health properties, I also just love the aesthetic appeal—watching the delicate yellow flowers bloom as they steep is a simple pleasure. After extensive research, I opted for Egyptian chamomile over German chamomile. While both varieties come from the Matricaria species, Egyptian chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) is often preferred for its larger, more intact flower heads, which contribute to a smoother and more potent infusion. Another reason I chose this variety is that some people report allergic reactions to German chamomile (Matricaria recutita), though this varies from person to person. One major concern when purchasing loose chamomile flowers is quality control, and I was particularly careful about this. Many chamomile sellers on Amazon have alarming reports of insect contamination, which is unfortunately common in poorly processed batches. This specific brand stood out because it had no such complaints, and after thoroughly inspecting my purchase, I found it to be clean and well-preserved. Another issue with loose chamomile is dog chamomile (Anthemis cotula), a similar-looking but unrelated plant that sometimes gets mixed in with lower-quality batches. Dog chamomile has a harsh, unpleasant bitterness that can ruin the delicate floral sweetness of true chamomile tea. Thankfully, my batch was free from this contamination, and I was able to enjoy the soft, honey-like aroma and flavor of pure chamomile. One of the best things about this tea is how well it holds up to multiple infusions. I can steep the same flowers two to three times and still get a pleasantly mild, golden brew. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase—it’s a high-quality, fresh, and pure chamomile tea that has made a lovely addition to tea routine.

I started using cistus tea when my doctor recommended it for relief of Lyme Disease symptoms, mainly the swelling and pain of the joints in my hands. I've found it helps when I drink two cups daily. I've tried several different brands. Like most (I think) people, I'm rather cost aware (Okay, I'm cheap.) When I first started drinking the tea, I could only find the expensive brands, but tried it anyway, and found it to be on the bitter side. I still used it for the health benefits. Fortunately, I found J Mac Botanicals, which is very affordable, and tastes much better. I sweeten it a little with raw honey. I French press it, using 1/3 cup, steeping for 15 minutes. This makes it strong enough, yet still not bitter. Definitely a great buy! A bag lasts a long time, but I bought an extra bag to make sure I have it on hand.

Fresh, clean, and beautifully fragrant. These chamomile flowers taste amazing in my homemade teas. Excellent quality — I’ll definitely buy again!

Came as described, and with so much chamomile flower inside that it filled my extra large glass jar, and my smaller glass potion style jar. The price is very reasonable for the size, I would recommend. This will be perfect for my tea, calming my mind an body, herbal smokes, and more. Also very cool that it says it’s from Egypt. It looks very gorgeous in my gold lid jar! Will def buy again. Thanks ^-^

These organic dried lavender flowers are beautifully, incredibly fragrant (and not in an overpowering way, in my opinion). They also smell quite fresh. Great value for the price. I highly recommend this product and will purchase again.

After a long and gruesome research on helping the liver and what could help, I found that moringa is the overall greatest herb to ever use. The health benefits of this product alone is fabulous. Please research if you haven't done so already. I have used moringa for couple months now, I still have a whole a bunch of it left, because you just need to use a little bit. I eat mostly chicken because of my liver issue, so I cook with it. The tast is phenomenal, but I also mix it with other seasonings as well. I love seasonings so I might be a little biased:) I put it in salads, I cook with it, and I love it. I haven't tried using it as a tea yet, but I bet the benefits are much better as a tea than cooking with it. 10 out of 10 for me.
