The RelaxCoo Ice Pack is a perfect quick chill method for your body. Having recent Knee Surgery, it was a great relief to have the comfort and flexibility of the Gel Pack with the soft fabric liner against your skin. I bought the 2-pack so I would have a back up Ice Pack in the Freezer at all times. Excellent value for the price! Definitely a good item to keep on hand.

Excellent! Stays securely in place and Stays cold for 30 minutes if you flip it halfway through your session over to the smooth non cloth side. The flocked cloth side is great to ease into it so you don’t get that jolt of cold right away

My wife had a total knee replacement. While we were to be sent home with a cold water recirculation device, friends suggested we also have some static "ice packs" on hand. This has proven to be a VERY GOOD STRATEGY. Sometimes, my wife likes the "recirculation" system, but she is restricted to staying in one place when using it. With the Relaxcoos, she can either move about or set up quickly and easily anywhere - including on the go. We looked at a total of 3 ice pack systems and found that the Relaxcoo was the easiest to work with, along with being the most comfortable. I sometimes have a slight argument with the velcro strapping when I apply them to her knee, but I suspect that is just an inherent issue if velcro is to be used. The Straps are VERY long, which was nice considering the large amount of swelling my wife had the first week. They are durable and so far after 4 weeks, we are seeing NO problems with leakage or signs of wear. They refreeze quickly enough that we have never had a problem not having one ready (sorry, but I haven't determined just how long that takes). As for cold duration, if left in the open and in place on my wife's knee, we have been getting a solid 30-40 minutes of effective cold. If we place a towel over the top of the pack, we have been exceeding 60 minutes: well beyond what they advertised. I nicked this product 1-star because of the container bags that came with it. We place them back in the bags during refreezing and have prevented any condensation freezing issues. However, the "zip-lock" style closures are cheaply made. One failed (the "zipper" portion came off), with the other one still working so far. For us, it still is good as we just fold over the bag end when we place it back in the freezer.

I had shoulder joint replacement. This wrap is well engineered to stay on my shoulder and provide cooling relief for pain. Once adjusted, I just slip the long elastic strap over my good shoulder, tighten the strap around the arm and get about 20 minutes of cold therapy. (It is summer now, and I put a bandana under the wrap so that it is not against my skin.) It hold the cold well and I put it back in the freezer when it's warmed up. Soon ready to be used again. I'm Very pleased at how much relief it provided and how easy it is to use.

One of the best Amazon producs I have ever bought. Pleanty large for this man. Much colder than the circulating Ice box machine and no mess or clean up. stays cold for a long time. The straps are long and strong. The valcro sticks to everything it touches which is great after you get it wrapped aroung your knee. My ruptured quadracept is healing faster with less pain because of this Ice pack. I may buy a second one just to make sure I have one fully frozen for my back also. Always have material between it and your skin. It stays cold longer if you cover it with a towel .

I bought two of these so I could have an extra in the freezer. They get good and cold and help with my knee pain. I’ve had no problem with the Velcro and am happy with my purchase. They also are very affordable.

Fits the shoulder and works as intended! Stays cold for a long enough time, to do what I need. Chris

Because it has a sleeve to put arm in, it does not slip around or fall off when wearing. I can wear it around the house no problem.
