Just what was needed on the putting green!
My husband has had an outdoor putting green for years and his current flag frazzled from wind and rain. This set is the perfect replacement and seems to be of high quality.

Looking good and strong in my backyard!
This is my third replacement and hopefully the last. The first one was a sturdy metal pole but it rusted between the joints - got rid of it. The second was plastic but broke when I hit with my golf ball from 50 yards at the joint and the strings that held the flag melted away after one season. This looks to be a winner!

Pole snapped within 2 months
Rod/bolt snapped within 2 months of use. Revised rating to say the company made it right.

Decent flags/poles — not too expensive
We use the flags to assist with the measurement of golf courses. I modified them slightly by drilling holes in the sections and adding cotter pins to keep them connected when pulling them in and out of the different locations along the length of the course. I also added additional “spikes” from a garden flag base to secure the flagsticks in the ground—making setting and removal easier. The flagsticks are easy to see and shoot yardages to with rangefinders.

Great for mini golf in your backyard!
We love this for setting up mini golf in our own backyard! Provides a fun outdoor activity. All you need in addition to this set is a putter and any materials to set up your own course. We have found that scraps of lumber make great side walls to outline our course. Have even more fun adding obstacles. We leave the hole in the ground and build the course around it. Switch up your course for new course designs. Easy to install: dig a hole slightly bigger than the cup with a small garden shovel, add some weed barrier fabric and insert hole cup, fill in dirt around to secure it flush with top of ground or just slightly below ground. We store the flag inside when not in use. Happy golfing!

Made a golf green behind the house! Hubby and kids absolutely love it! Great quality! And easy to assemble!

Cheap flag
Strings that hold flag just rotaway and flag just disappears or falls on the ground after a week or two but the shaft and the cup seem to be well-made
