For years I trusted Traditional Medicinals teas to keep me well. I did not get sick for six years due to having an increased immunity during that time. Lately I got run down doing so much housework for six hours a day. I wore myself out. Basically I also ran out of tea for a while and didn't restock. This was apparently a big mistake!I got sick and now have to fight to recover. I got a virulent cold virus and infected eyes according to the doctor I just went to today. The screen is still sort of blurry as I type right now but I'm on the mend. Since I started drinking the Traditional Medicinals teas again I feel so much more healthy.It has just been a few days but already I'm noticing how much better I feel in strength and mood. This Immune Zoom is especially tasty with hibiscus and smooth licorice root. It gives it a sort of lemony taste with throat soothing properties.It is easy to make these teas in my coffee pot and I let them brew as long as I like. The health benefits seem apparent and I'm drinking several cups a day now to renew my immunity. I missed you Traditional Medicinals but now I'm back! I drink this regularly. I use it to keep colds to a minimum. It tastes good as well. I enjoy tea. I like the benefits of the different teas.

I have this when I feel like I am trying to get sick with medical grade Manuka honey. Steeps well. Seems to help with my immunity when trying to get sick, but that is in combination with Manuka honey, which helps too.

My daughter told me about this tea. She starts drinking in mid summer to boost her immunity before cold and flu season. I drank it when I got sick with RSV. It’s soothing and has a pleasant taste and I will definitely start drinking it before next cold/flu season.
