Things about agriculture that we should all be aware of

I enjoyed this book very much. There is a lot of good information about agriculture, ecology, business management, and the many volunteer and government monetary and planning policies involving Iowa's lands.I corresponded with one of the contributing authors and he even enlightened me about the value of corn ethanol markets.I love it when I learn things which change my previous beliefs.
