we bought two of these bags for the kids. The bag seemed like it would be very sturdy, and as far as the scooter function goes, it probably is. But on our first real trip with this bag the handle became jammed and the button to lower the handle no longer works. So we now have a functioning scooter suitcase that can’t be used as a carryon. Hoping to get some product support! Edit: The seller reached out to resolve the issue and sent replacement parts that resolved the issue. Kids will very excited to keep using these!

Update: So I loved this suitcase. I actually just went to purchase another one, but couldn’t remember how big it was, so I went and grabbed our blue one from storage. For clarity, we used this ONE time in July. We got home from vacation and stored all of our suitcases right away. It’s now November and we are getting ready to leave for a trip. I pulled the blue one out to find that the release button (drops scooter portion down) wasn’t giving any resistance when pushed and wouldn’t release the scooter. I remember thinking the buttons seemed cheap, but they were at least functional at the time. No clue what happened, but my son was riding it into storage and it was fine. Let’s say something happened in transit, because to be fair, they aren’t really gentle with luggage. However, this is a freaking suitcase. If it couldn’t survive one single flight, then it is junk. Obviously way outside of the return window, but wanted to update to ensure my review wasn’t misinforming, especially considering how expensive these are. There’s no option to contact the company, so I’ll chalk this up to a lesson learned. So we got three different brands of scooter suit cases. There is no comparison. This one is great quality, and the biggest difference was how smooth the wheels maneuver. It holds at least 200lbs (we all tried it lol). It’s super easy to use, and the lock function is awesome. It does travel well, it just friends on what airplane you board. We had to take the wheels off the fit in the overhead on our first flight, but we didn’t on our second. It looks way better than the other options as well. I returned the other two and plan on getting two more of these.

Solid suitcase that we took to Asia. Releasing the scooter and luggage part are easy. The scooter rides super smooth. Fits the overhead nicely and kids had so much fun with it. Kept the kids busy and tired out before the flight. Wish I got it sooner

Love the idea of this so much. We have kids with sensory needs that can make travel difficult. These made it so much easier to get through the airport by providing needed vestibular input for regulation. The suitcase itself in the adult version holds a fair amount of stuff too. Sadly, it lasted only one trip before the scooter attachment built into the suitcase part broke to the point of no repair. Ours kiddos are so competely bummed becuase they loved these so much. If they could figure out a way to build these to be more durable, we'd replace them immediately, but I cannot fathom spending that amount of money to replace something that will only last one trip. Very disappointed as we really need something like this to support our neurodiverse kids.

These suitcases are so fun for travel! Our kiddos have used them all over the world. I especially love that the scooter can be used by itself once you arrive at your destination. The suitcase is spacious enough for kids clothes. We had an issue with one of the zippers and the customer service was amazing and resolved our issue within a week! 10/10 recommend!!

Update: Customer Service reached out to resolve the issue and send a replacement part to fix the suitcase. I am utterly impressed with the service I’ve received to resolve my issue with the suitcase and our kiddo is ridiculously excited. Thank you!! I’ve purchased two of these suitcases for my kids and absolutely loved them for many reasons including the durability and space. That being said I am currently sitting at the Oakland airport and the button to fold the scooter is stuck. I’ve tried messing with it for the last 20 mins and cannot lower it. I’ll likely have to gate check the scooter and carry the suitcase along with my own luggage which is incredibly frustrating. I expected better functionality here.

First, I will say that my son loves using this luggage. He zips around the airport and it makes traveling quite fun, so why only one star?? It has everything to do with poor quality. There are two buttons on the handle. One is used to raise and lower the handle. The other is used to raise and lower the wheeled deck. It is the second part that is the problem. Whatever metal bracket they use to hold the deck up and/or hold it in the down position, so you can use the entire luggage as a scooter, is very poorly designed. I’ve had one break completely, which rendered the luggage useless. The one I still have is very loose on the verge of breaking. When I say loose, I mean that the wheeled deck will no longer completely snap taught against the luggage. When I checked the bag, I actually have to use packing tape to tape the deck to the luggage. While the luggage doesn’t actually hold very many clothes, I knew that before I purchased it and it holds enough for my nine-year-old to travel with. Really the bummer is the build quality, primarily relating to the mechanical actuation of the wheeled deck. You can see the problem in the photograph.

I love the scooter part but unfortunately it broke fairly quickly. It’s rated for 250lbs a lot more than I weigh but I would look carefully at all available options before choosing. Something a bit stronger would be an upgrade.

Really fun scooter/luggage for children. Scooter detaches so it can be ridden all over. The luggage itself is a bit small but still great for kids and travelling.

The item arrived. It was great at first. The instruction manual isn't written well at all so it's hard to comprehend. We detached the luggage from the scooter for the first time in order to pack it, and now we can't seem to slide it back in. It seems to just jam and unable to slide down. Considering its for children you expect these things to happen a little easier. The manual doesn't explain it, there are no videos, and now we're stuck with a separate luggage and separate scooter and they weren't exactly cheap. So a regrettable purchase at this stage. Unless customer service is able to help us with reattaching the luggage.

Bought 2 of these. Used once and the scooter handle base keeps falling back into fold position and won't stay up. I have no idea how to contact seller for help. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

We still love this item! Whenever my daughter hops on and zooms through the airport, everyone asks, where she got it from. It is pretty durable, thus far, as we do travel a lot. Wish they made this for adult sizes and weights...lol

I received it pretty scratchy.. it’s not cheap to end up with a bag full of scratches
