This tool has helped me create my fall and Halloween villages! I would not of been able to neatly carve styrofoam without these hot wires! They get way above the heat level you even need to use, it’s quick and easy to use, and the quality of each wire is perfect for detailing. I carved out “mountains”, a “lake”, and “cliffs” using these tools and they are definitely durable! I highly recommend these hot wires as they seem to be built to last. Just plug in, connect the tool you need and turn on, simple!

Works pretty well but its slow going with 3" thick memory foam using the 4" probe. Much faster with 1" or 2" foam. Power supply has very short cord and the box gets warm (not hot) after several minutes. Everything worked pretty well for my use considering the price. Good for hobbyist usage. I like that it comes with extra wire for the bow cutter.

It does a good job of cutting white styrofoam for fiberglass molds. You have to go slow and use a steady hand.

Terrible product. Did not work as expected for our event. I bought it too early and then missed the return window when we actually needed it and took it out to use. It burns only - very poorly made. Do not buy and wish I could get a refund.

Poorly made and does not work well. I should have returned it right away but unfortunately I missed the window. It is flimsy, does not cut smoothly and heats up unevenly leading to burns on the foam. It did not cut accurately

5 star for the customer service. I caused a problem, they took care of it for me. Also, the product cuts foam like a beast. Attachment swaping is easy.

The Hot Foam Cutter with digital Voltage Controller works really well for cutting high-density packaging and seating foam, 29-200, which is very easy to use, and I am pleased with the product.
