RUN GUM Variety PackEnergy Chewing Gum 50mg Caffeine Taurine & B-Vitamins Per Piece, 24 Pieces (Pack of 12) Sugar Free, Zero Calorie, No Aspartame, and Gluten Free

Usually I buy this product at my local running store. I bought this product because I could get the same size box as my favorite running store and have a variety of flavors vs. one box of all the same flavor. Honestly, they are about the same price as buying local, but I like that they offer the variety flavor option. Great energy and fuel for my long runs and weekend races.

It starts out as a tablet and then turns to gums. It’s good but it is a little weird getting to the gum stage. It does have a little after taste but it gives me so much energy.

I had gotten the variety pack to try out different flavors. Personally, I like the mint and bubble gum the most. You need to eat to eat 2 pieces for a full dose of caffeine. Although, that can be handy for people trying to cut back. Only issue is that the flavor doesn't last very long!

Flavors are oh-kay. Gum gets really soft and mushy after a very short amount of time despite having saliva and water on hand to swish around and do a rinse. It does, however, boost your energy and for that I give it four stars because when I imbibe in the run gum I get a lot done 😉

I was first tried Run Gum for a specific purpose: I wanted an energy boost before early-morning miles, but my stomach can't handle coffee right before a workout. It's amazing for precisely that, but I've found that it's perfect for so much more. I've relied on Run Gum for everything from setting my steeple PR to surviving my law school exams. My mom just used it to get through the wall of her first marathon! It's jitters-free and very convenient to have on hand, since it comes in small packets each containing one serving. I always order the variety pack because I like to mix it up, but the Fruit flavor is my favorite!

Alright, so I did not have high expectations for the gum but my husband wanted to try it. This was the biggest waste of $25 dollars ever spent. The gums flavor was decent I preferred the cinnamon but all were okay. They didn't last long at all. Both my husband and I tried these several different times but nothing.... not an ounce of difference. 10/10 do not recommend. This price is ridiculous for this product especially a product that does not work.

Works but awful flavors

I was looking forward to buying this product again, after having bought it about 2 years ago, also from Amazon. I saw some people reviewed this on here as having little/gross flavor, and a weird consistency, but I greatly enjoyed my first pack, so I figured maybe they got a bad batch Once this pack came in, I first tried the bubblegum (only bought fruit flavor last time). Tasted good for about 15 seconds, then was gone. There was nothing holding the gum together, and it just broke apart in my mouth and was easily able to be swallowed. I got rid of that piece, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I later tried the fruit flavor hoping for different results. I was happily surprised, at first. The flavor was good, the gum held together, seemed like my first pack I bought last time 2 yrs ago. Well, near about 1 minute in, the flavor started disappearing, and it started breaking up. Same thing happened as with bubblegum. I am not sure if this is a bad batch, or a new recipe, but I really wish it was the way I had it from my first pack.
