I have suffered quite severe sinus pain on flights. I wore these as part of other measures I took (so not sure if these help or was the other measures, but giving good rating as was part of the solution) and last flight I had no pain, measures: - these ear plugs an hour after takeoff and before landing - sinus nose spray - keep hydrated (actively drinking more water on the flight) - hold nose and try blow out nose regularly even when can’t feel pain Hope this helps

I need these as I struggle with ears popping when flying, not uncomfortable so no pain, ep2 is better value as can be used more than 2 flights

These really helped with the pressure in my ears. In the past flights have caused a painful pressure in my ears. With these ear plugs it was greatly reduced. For a short flight to Spain I kept them in the whole fight. Don’t take them out too soon, wait for the cabin to be opened and decompressed. I did one flight and it was painful in ears, too much pressure.

I usually get sore ears when flying, particularly on a long, slow descent. These actually prevented any pain.

Bought these for flying. 1st time flying for 15 years and always used to suffer days after flying, this time was more scared as sunce diagnosed with BPPV and VM, popped them on as a was seated and removed after a 4 hour flight with no issues what so ever. Comfortable to wear and the handy carry case and strap is great so wont lose one if it falls out. Fab product.

Not the best out there. They're ok (if not a little too small), but just don't seem to grip like other, more expensive options. To be honest, I used a few then threw the remainder away. I'd recommend buying a more familiar brand.

My ears always really hurt when flying. I use earplanes every time. They don’t 100% stop the pain but definitely reduce the pain greatly and it’s a bearable amount. Would recommend.

Die viele Zeit bei meinem langen Suchen und Studieren aller Kunden-Rezessionen über Druckausgleichs-Ohrstöpsel auf den Amazon-Seiten hat sich für mich wirklich gelohnt. Dieses Modell ist wohl sehr teuer, aber wie sich zeigte für mich genau richtig. Die weichen Ziehharmonika ähnlichen Stöpsel schmiegten sich völlig unproblematisch in meine recht engen Gehörgänge ein und blieben auch nach längerem Tragen dort schmerzfrei liegen. Flugzeug-Ansagen und Gespräche waren auch mit Stöpsel gut zu verstehen. Die Entnahme aus den Ohren war einfach. Nach dem Reinigen unter fließend warmen Wasser sehen sie wie neu aus und warten in ihrer hübschen durchsichtigen kleinen Plastikschachtel mit dem von mir noch nicht benutzen Trageband auf ihren nächsten Einsatz. O produto é ótimo! Não sentir dores durante o pouso no aeroporto ao nível do mar. Mas o ouvido ficou chiando após o pouso.

These earplugs worked great on a flight from Atlanta to Seattle. I will never fly again without a pair! No pain!
