Fantastic iron but comes at a price
This is a top end iron. It is sophisticated through intelligence which makes it very easy to use. Will iron thick denim then straight into thin man made fibres. Can leave it face down on board and clothes so no need to twist and stand it to keeping space free on your board. Will iron sheets which are layered and doubled over. Eco mode, with reduced steam, is fine for shirts but need full power for heavy cotton. Generates a lot of steam which blasts through clothes. Clothes can feel damp after but you can go over again without steam. Does steam a room up quickly so work with a window open or alfresco ironing in the summer. The whole unit is bulky but easy to carry two handed. Light head unit would be good for anyone with grip weaknesses. But they may find moving the whole unit around a challenge. The start up time is less than 2mins. The hose is long enough to have the base on the floor or on the board if stable. Water capacity is good for at least 1 hour of ironing on full power. The cable and hose storage is odd and takes some getting used to, but works and feels like it doesn’t stress the cable like the coil around my old iron. You could buy multiple mid range irons for this price. I bought on Black Friday so a much lower than RRP. While a great iron the RRP is too high. Feel it should be perhaps 2 x a mid range iron / basic steam generator. If you do a lot of ironing (love or hate it) this iron is worth the investment.

Amazing
Bought this for my wife after her previous steam generator iron damaged a delicate new blouse. Much research on the web made this an expensive but ideal choice. She is really pleased with it and I have used myself and found it great. Pros:- No temperature control. It doesn't need it so you cannot get it wrong. Won't damage delicates even when left on the same spot for lengthy time. Really powerful steam makes short work of jeans etc. It's really light and easy to use. it's a quality well made product. Cons:- It's expensive but worth it.

Excellent but...
Excellent iron - does the job well. Great not having to set a temperature. Only issue is that the water tank is too dark so it's difficult to see how full/empty it is. A clear tank would be much better.

Powerful steam iron
Bought to replace an older version. This is a great iron that makes ironing easy. It heats up quickly and beeps to tell you it's ready to use. The iron has three settings on it, standard, eco and turbo. Standard setting has no trouble at removing creases and can even remove them on trousers when they are folded. The intelligent temperature settings is amazing and makes ironing simple as you don't need to worry about checking the temperature settings for different types of fabric. The unit is bulky but the iron has enough cord on it that you can sit it on the floor and still have a full range of reach. The only downside is the shape of the iron means that it can't stand up on its own so needs to be placed back on the unit or place on the ironing board stand.

No more creases!
Expensive but brilliant steam iron. Irons out any hard creases and glides over garments so easy, would def recommend.

A nice idea but...
It's been some time since I bought this very expensive iron. Honestly I've had such trouble with it and I cant bear to think about the price. The first one was replaced without question, as the cord was overheating. The replacement worked fine for a few months, although I very was surprised to find that it doesn't flatten (Iron) anything unless the steam is full on. I took this to be the nature of the beast, but it would have been handy to know this before buying. The 'de calc' facility is easy to use, and certainly lots of bits come out when you empty the chamber. However, after a few months it would take between 10 - 20 minutes to heat to the point that the steam flows at all. This feature is supposed to be fast, 2 minutes, but not in my experience. Now it can take up to 40 minutes to reach temperature. Its such an irritation that I missed the return date. This has made the chore of ironing stressful, lengthy and inconvenient. Now it often doesn't stream at all making this an expensive waste of electricity and without the steam, its not at all effective. Price does not indicate quality. Sad.
