This Franke Olympus spout seal kit did exactly what I needed! It stopped a persistent drip and saved me from replacing the entire tap. The kit includes everything required: the correct O-rings, a small application tool, and even a sachet of grease to help prolong the seal’s life. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the job straightforward even for a DIYer. The replacement parts fit perfectly, and the improvement was immediate - the tap now seals properly and holds pressure without issue. Perfect repair to Franke Olympus Tap
Ordered as our Frankie tap was leaking and it was driving me nuts. Hubby had all replaced in less than 5 minutes. No more leaks!!! Great job.

Check grub screw
The washer set fitted easily and worked well. However I removed a star because the brass grub screw sheared when the cold tap was turned on, launching the tap spout into orbit and wetting all the nearby cupboards. I can't say whether the grub screw was incomplete when I fitted it or whether the force of the water sheared the soft metal but I wish I had checked before fitting it. After mopping up I re-used the original grub screw and it has held the spout securely. The washers are working fine with no leaks.

My tap is like brand new.... 🤌
Wow. After a hard to turn and leaky tap this kit worked wonders. Tap is like new. Full kit supplied for my Frank Olympus single spout tap with included silicon grease which If I had know, wouldn't have purchased separately. Great value for money and great fitting instructions which were also included. Bravo .... And thank you.

This doesn't fit all Franke Olympus taps properly
If you have an older Olympus tap (mine was 2006/7) it can be frustrating because the design must have changed very slightly. The rubber 'O' rings work OK but the plastic washer which stops excessive side to side movement is marginally too thick for its groove. It will go in partially but not fully, so the spout will not go back in properly. Solved by rubbing the washer with emery paper until it was eventually thin enough to go in the groove. I could see many owners perhaps abandoning the project at this stage! If there was any warning about this I didn't see it before buying - it would be much better if the seller included a second thinner washer for these older taps, together with appropriate instructions. The grub screw holding the spout into the tap is also only appropriate for later taps which means taking particular care not to lose the smaller original one. The upside is that when it eventually fits, the tap no longer leaks!

Look for the little knob in the column and match up
Thought it would cost upwards of £50 to do this. The kit comes with all you need and an instruction page. Job done and working on 10 mins! Good if you can do basics.
