Lovely warm herbal flavour with subtle sweetness and just a touch of a minty taste. I am a big fan of herbal teas and Pukka Teas are consistently excellent quality. I rarely buy any other brand. I drink this tea as I have low blood pressure and as a Coeliac I also have occasional stomach issues. The licorice root in this tea increases my blood pressure and it works just enough to make my systolic blood pressure in three figures (it's normally in two figures and makes me feel lacking in energy). The peppermint, fennel and aloe vera are soothing for any stomach soreness I may have from my food allergies. The dandelion is good for bloating or oedema as it is a diuretic, and the nettle is great for allergies such as hayfever. Apart from the therapeutic value though, this tea is very tasty and refreshing. It should have freshly boiled water poured onto it just like all tea except green tea. I use two bags per mug as I like a strong taste and I leave them in while I drink it, but that's just my preference. This is a delicious herbal tea, gluten free and helpful with health issues.

I would normally buy these at my local supermarket, but recently they added new flavours and did away with others. So I resorted to bulk buy my favourite herbal tea on amazon. Very light and pleasant flavour. Can't live without in the colder months.

I love pukka teas and have tried quite a few varieties of this brand . I love how this brand is organic and contains a fair amount of the fruit/herb ingredients to make a flavoursome and healthy refreshing drink . I suffer with my kidneys and I find this tea makes me feel better , (think it could be the nettle extract) and my complexion feels clearer too. I like the slightly unusual taste of this tea and its effect on my well being . I have given four stars rather than five only because I think some people may not enjoy the taste of this tea as much as some other flavours but I for one Will continue to enjoy drinking this flavour and brand and also enjoy exploring other flavours I may yet not of tried.

This tea is amazing. It has a lovely taste. I drink it at night before going to bed.

One of my favourites. The supermarkets charge too much for this expensive (anyway) brand and while I can still get it for a reasonable price here, I will carry on enjoying it. Sometimes over-packaged, although the original sleeve is fine. It essentially arrives as tea bags, in their individual unit bags, which are in a box (for retail), in another box (shelf display sleeve) in another box (outer) in another box (postal).

This is a tea I found while visiting family in the UK….love it!…..getting a little expensive these days, but I do enjoy it.

I really love this tea because it has such an excellent taste! I have been drinking it for years now. The blend of herbs is so good!
