There is no animal products in this product. Its a plant based company that prides itself on as using no animal or synthetic products in its ingredients or manufacture.

Does this have a " key" that roll the tube up so as not to waste it and is easier to use?e?

L’Occitane do make a key but it has to be bought separately. I’ve used this hand cream for years and never seen the key and hand cream sold together. I squeeze some cream into a small plastic pot with a lid and just keep refilling the pot. When I get to the end of the tube my husband squeezes the last bits out as he is stronger than I am! I then use a cotton bud to make sure I get every last bit of cream out. Hope this helps!

Is the alcohol used yo make the product synthetic?

This hand cream is 96% natural and amazing for people with sensitive skin, a little goes along way.Apologies, if I haven’t answered your question, would say, it does last for a long time and that’s why it isn’t 100% natural.I use this hand cream, because l find it to be really good.Hope this helps.

Does this have a nice smell? I love their lavender and Arlesienne scents but need a bigger size.
