Battery dead after first use
1 out of 8 in the pack died after the first use. Won't recharge or hold charge afterwards. The batteries are not returnable, and nowhere to receive support - may as well buy a non-rechargeable battery for way cheaper.

One battery defective but not returnable
These batteries are usually very good quality. However when I can to charge them for the first time (before use), one of the batteries would not hold any charge, and had a voltage of less than 100mV. Unfortunately, Amazon's returns policy does not allow return of defective "consumable" items (should rechargeable batteries be considered consumable) after 30 days. So prospective buyers please charge and use your batteries ASAP after purchase to avoid this situation.
