This says om amazon it is suitable for all the family. Its just arrived and only had instructions for adults. Does anybody know if ok for kids

Yes they are perfectly safe for children I have tried these on my niece who is 10 she has trouble sleeping until the early hours and these work great with her

Does this have a taste when its melted on your tongue? My sons autistic so doesnt like tastes

Yes it does have a taste,could have coped with the taste its not bad but the product did not work for me at all.

What’s the difference between this one and the normal one?

Hi these are supposed to help you relax and fall asleep easier, more naturally rather than laying awake trying. They are tiny little pearls that melt in the mouth. My daughter has these and also has the spray for day time and says they are really good
