Works as described.
Works as intended. Beat the listed shipping time. Reasonable quality. Latching Display port end is nice addition. Thumb screws (DVI end) could be difficult for large hands. I did make sure the monitor specs were DVI-D before purchase.

works fine for casual use
I bought this as I have a two PC/two monitor set-up, but the monitors only have one HDMI port each, so needed to utilize the DVI ports in order for both monitors to be connected to both PC. Have been using for a few weeks with no issues so far. I can't comment on the image quality compared to an HDMI, but I notice no difference for just casual use so far (remote work, web browsing etc.)

Works but could be better!
My PC has a DP while my monitor only has a DVI and VGA so I was looking for something like this. I had used DP to DVI adaptor before but it came loose so I decided to use a single wire instead. First picture quality, I see it works out fine. I haven’t run any tests or anytime but it works for day to day use. But, the quality is not entirely excellent. The adaptors are not very smoothly made ( see pictures). I would still buy this because of the convenience.

It's perfect.
I know it seems like it's too good to be true at this price... but it's perfect. Keep in mind that the input/output conversion is unidirectional and the monitor must be DVI.

DisplayPort to DVI Cable
I needed a new, larger, main monitor due to changing eye sight; upgraded from 24 in to 32 in. New monitor had only HDMI and DisplayPort ports while the existing graphic card had only one DVI -D and one HDMI port, with the HDMI already connected to my 50 in secondary monitor. This DisplayPort to DVI cable allowed connecting the existing graphic card to the new monitor. Works great, and cost much less than a replacement graphic card.

It works!
cable works, and feels like good quality. Only issue is that there is no flexy thing where the cable enters the connector, but that is totally acceptable at this price point. Highly recommended!
