Great for simple to medium patterns.
This item is pretty good (hence, 4 stars!). It is easy to use, cut, and the colors are vibrant. However, when you pull too hard to try and tighten the lanyard string, it can wear down and rip. It doesn't happen all the time, but if you make a more complex pattern it will wear down over a while from being pulled.

Summer must have
This is a summer must have when having a daughter. We stock up every year. She brings the strings to camp and makes bracelets with the other girls. They styles were easy for them to pick up they have a blast doing it. The plastic holds up better than the rubber bands the kids make bracelets with.
