Excellent Bran. Came right away.

I’ve actually settled on the fine milled version of this product and it’s excellent. Mild/neutral flavor. I use this to make a keto/low-carb hot cereal. I mix it with some ground flaxseed and some hemp seed, a small amount of cream of wheat, pinch of salt. Sometimes I add some cinnamon, or some maple flavoring or a small amount of dried fruit. Sometimes add some sweetener. Sometimes make it savory with some bacon bits, green onions, a fried egg or two on top. Am thinking up recipes to reduce the carbs in hot side dishes as well. Low carb cheddar “grits” would work. If you are new to such a product, I would recommend starting out with a small amount and then increasing it to your desired serving size. If you don’t, you may find yourself very uncomfortable ha ha I have re-purchased this multiple times and will continue to do so as long as the quality remains the same.

Love this product. Have used 1-2 tablespoons daily to add fiber in my diet and it works like a charm. Very inexpensive.

Excellent, the whole husk needs somewhat more volume to equal the powder double seems about right proportions. "Drinking" 6 heaping teaspoons isn't easy. I mix 2 tsp power & 2-3 teaspoons husk.
