Wise GOAT’s Super Green Sauerkraut is crisp, refreshing, and full of flavor. I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but the freshness and quality really impressed me. It pairs perfectly with just about everything—on wraps, over eggs, or even straight out of the jar as a snack. I love the thoughtful mix of ingredients, which makes it not only healthy but crave-worthy. For the value, it’s unbeatable, and I’m happy to say this will be a regular staple in our home.

One of four Wise Goat products I have ordered and loved, including two other sauerkrauts and kimchi. So impressed with the freshness, ingredients, taste and texture, and the packaging is perfect. I did not experience leakage except for a little when opening two of four jars. The jars were hard to open, but that is probably due to my old age. I am enjoying these products and like the fact that a little serving goes a long way, and my family and friends have heard my praises. Very grateful to have found these products and will continue to order in the future.

Delicious and so healthy! This is so good, and it nourishes a healthy gut. I use it on sandwiches with or in place of lettuce, and as a small side dish. It is expensive, but two tablespoons a day is adequate, so it lasts a long time. I will definitely be a repeat customer, I love it!

I just received my fourth order of the fermented probiotic sauerkraut. I now buy two jars at a time and look forward to adding it as a side to eggs or as part of a sandwich. The taste is pleasantly slightly sour, and the crispness of the sauerkraut makes it a great addition to different meals. Oh, and it is good for one's digestion too. As far as price goes, it is more expensive than plain sauerkraut and that's ok with me.

I purchased this product to help my immune system. I wasn't looking forward to eating this at first. Well, I ate about 2/3 of a cup of the "Supergreen" cabbage on top of a plain veggie burger. I actually enjoyed the taste and the slightly crunchy texture. I know the health benefits of eating fermented cabbage (Sauerkraut) are great. This product is a live-culture, probiotic food. I had not consumed fermented cabbage in over 30 years. I enjoyed the "Supergreen" variety today. I had purchased the "classic" version too. I will definitely order this again. It was packaged very well. There was no issue. Make sure to refrigerate it when you receive it. That is the recommendation.
