Although not really like a true memory type foam (it rebounds much quicker and has higher resiliency than the memory foam used in other products), it is nonetheless extremely comfortable. The heel area is very cushioned and is fairly thick which contributes to its shock absorbing properties. Due to this thickness, unless you have a very flat insoled shoe and shoes that are maybe a half size too large, you will want to make sure that you can remove the insoles in your shoes (some shoes like some Vans or Sketchers have their insoles cemented into place). In my case, I had ordered shoes that turned out to be 1/2 size too large. In addition, the shoes had a fairly hard/stiff sole insert which was relatively flat. So I just placed these inserts on top of the existing insoles and the fit was perfect! In addition, the added cushioning made the shoes extremely comfortable. I do not know how well these will hold up as I just placed them today. However, they seem to be well made. The ventilation holes appear to be very small so I do not know if they will effectively take care of foot moisture (with the current heat wave across much the US this will be tested soon). Although these inserts do not have a great deal of built in arch support, because the heel is pretty thick and “cushiony”, as your heel sinks a little into the insert, the arch area seems to be well supported, at least in my case, YMMV. At any rate, very pleased with the purchase so far. A great insole for a very low price compared to what you can usually get at your local CVS etc.

These insoles are sooo comfortable 😭 I work long hours on my feet and they make a huge difference. The memory foam adapts really well and gives great support. My feet feel less tired at the end of the day. Definitely worth it if you need extra comfort in your shoes!

Comfortable insoles... they also helped keep my feet dry. They were easy to trim to size with regular scissors. I had to remove the original insoles because these are a bit thick. My shoes were a little snug after, but that's why I picked adjustable shoes. My feet felt great after walking 6 miles in these in the shoes pictured. I usually have backpain afterwards, but none since using these insoles. They have a non slip rubber backing that did great keeping the insoles in place. Good quality.

Bought these for my size 6 tennis shoe and it fit perfectly without cutting! I bought these to replace the soles of my tennis shoes after I washed them and the soles wouldn’t go back in properly. These are so much better! They are very comfortable and stay in place once you put them in the shoe! Double check the size before cutting because as I said I didn’t have to cut at all to fit a size 6.

These were purchased to put into my 2 year old Kizik shoes. I took out the old soles, cut the new ones to match the size and they fit perfectly. They are extremely comfortable and have good support. I wear a women's size 9, ordered a medium and had to cut a few centimeters off to match the shape of the old soles. Will be purchasing again when needed.

These cushions are okay. They were almost too soft for me so I return them for some that were just attack bit firmer. If you're looking for something really soft and cushy, these will work for you. They're easy to install by simply sliding them in!

Buy now! Great replacement. I used these to replace my New Balance insoles that wouldn’t stay in place after I washed them, and they feel great! The women’s medium is a perfect fit for my women’s 9.5 New Balance shoes. They feel comfortable and provide extra arch support I didn’t know I needed. Buying more pairs for my other sneakers. Pictured are the blue insoles that came with my shoes and the gray are new ones to show they are the exact same size. No cutting needed this time.

It is not same as shown in photo but material quality is good( premium feel as I have used it in company safety shoes). Use local shop foam sheet if you want vali for money
