WORKS AS WELL AS THE MAKER'S ORIGINAL DESCALER
I use this descaler on my De Longhi machine and as far as I can tell it does the job as well as De Longhi's own brand descaler. (It is a time consuming process whichever descaler you use).

Does the job
Product is a good price. Does the job and not to much of a faff. I live in a soft water area anyway so not sure how much descaling my coffee machine actually needs.

Simple effective descaling
Worked well. Used to descale our nespresso pod machine and worked really well, coffee machine was clean and new after. Easy to use and follow instructions.

It's OK, not amazing
It's OK, not amazing. I tried other ones not liquid but in powder and they worked better. This one has a strong smell for me and although it's easy to use it wasn't truly efficient as claimed by others

Easy to use
I can’t comment on the effectiveness of this, I can’t see inside to see what it looks like therefore it would be wrong of me to give it the 5 stars it probably deserves. However I can say that my 5 year old machine is still in daily use and showing no signs of giving up. The descaler is easy to use, combining the instructions in the pack with the machines instructions. I descale the machine twice a year, so one pack lasts a year as you use half the contents each time. So I continue to use this make, the price is comparable and order to delivery is quick and easy. I have no hesitation in recommending.

Not delivered with original package
Delivery time was quite long. Only the bottle without original package was supplied. There was no seal mechanism in the bottle. Used for Nespresso Lattissima One. It worked. I would advise the seller to deliver in sealed original package in the future.
