This item is super cool and definitely exceeded my expectations for a serving tray made of plastic. Literally a slight turn of the handle and it pops up into a three tier server. It is plenty sturdy and actually looks classy. Then a slight twist again and it collapses into a very flat serving piece that can be stored anywhere. After looking at a number of other 2 and 3 tier glass and ceramic servers, I am so glad I bought this one.

Just what I was looking for as a birthday cookie cake holder! Folds flat for storage, doesn’t call attention to itself, and really easy to use: just pull it straight up! I wouldn’t put a heavy frosted carrot cake on it as it’s a bit flimsy, but it will work well for cookies and hors d’oeuvres at future celebrations.
