These actually work, and are SO comfortable! I can't even imagine using 'compression' socks now that I have this 'velcro' type of closure/adjustment feature. And they don't show you're wearing them (with bulges and outlines). Easy "on". Easy to readjust. Easy "off" at the end of the day. And the Doctor even noticed that these 'work' to reduce the swelling that goes with the fluid retention.

I’m a senior and have issues with leg swelling. I take a water pill and also use no show ankle compression socks. I bought first pair a month ago and use every day. They work great and allow me to not have any swelling in my legs. Easy on and off. Wash every couple of days and fry’s over night to use again next day. Just purchased a second pair to use. Would highly recommend. I bought a the xxxl and lost so much water retention that I now bought the xxl. That’s more than 5 inches smaller!!!! Great product. Works great!! Wear all day and forget I am wearing them. Helps with circulation and edema.

This product is simple and well designed. Runs small...the Large is Small. I ordered a Large for my tiny mom who is healing a wound, thinking it could be used to hold an ice pack against her ace bandage. The Large size fits fine with a good overlap against her uninjured leg, but won't close over all the stuff... so if you’re trying to do the same thing, order larger!

Really helps with sciatic issues

Runs really small. If your leg is swollen from an injury, you’re out of luck! It won’t fit all the way around your calf, even the largest size. I am an older woman, 5’ high, normal size with thin ankles, and the largest size didn’t fit my calves(?).

Really great product for people who have a hard time pulling on regular compression socks.

Not sure it offer same support as the traditional “sleeve” but I love how easy it is to put on and remove. Very Happy with the purchase

This is completely adjustable, light weight and strong. I put it on and went for a two mile walk and then rode my motorcycle for a few hours. The compression stayed consistent. The material breathes and the leg is comfortable. I've ordered a second pair. Great value & quality.

I have swelling in my calf and take a water pill or Diaretic daily to help wit the swelling. Compressions socks were causing other problems and although a tensor bandage worked, it was uncomfortable, hard to put on and hard to keep in place. The compression sleeve is very comfortable, quick and easy to put on and you can adjust it to the tension that is best for you. They talk about it having a smell but did not experience that. This has solved a lot of problems for me and will buy another pair…..custom made compression socks are expensive and extremely difficult to put on and take off requiring rubber gloves to do so.

Made my shins and calves sweat like mad but quite comfortable with my big legs. Provide sufficient support. I used to ease the swelling for my varicose veins and for exercise. I clipped them on to the window grills to air dry them.

Helps a lot with my calf pain, especially when I travel and have to sit for a long time.

Still a good product even though the dimensions are wrong. You do get 2 in the package. I was not concerned about the height as I wanted it for the extreme lower leg and actually turned it upside down so the large strap was at the bottom to better secure my problem area of strained ligaments.

I paid $30, for a Single Item, when the ad says ONE PAIR. NO WHERE on the ad does it say One Item, it says ONE PAIR. "a pair is plural" ie: 2 pieces. Majority of the time people with edema, have it in both legs. EDIT: I ordered XX-LARGE not X-LARGE or LARGE. What I got was TOO DAMN SMALL, and cut off all circulation to my foot, to the point that it was painful. Ordered (another 6 pairs) of copper woven compression socks from another company, the first set I had were awesome. for the about the same price as I paid for this *single* piece of junk.
