Reviewing this product long after I bought it because I stupidly tried another brand/formula after I ran out of this one. Never again! This is easy on my super sensitive stomach, I love that it's one capsule, and the price is really reasonable. I have notorious sleep problems and this doesn't work any miracles, but I notice a difference in sleep quality when I *don't* have it. Plus, during the daytime I am prone to leg cramps and those disappear when I take this nightly. I won't make the mistake of running out again; when I switched to a different formula and felt sick, it quickly reminded me why this one is top notch!

A repeat order. Appears to be of good quality and seems effective. Also, competitively priced. I use this form for better sleep and to reduce the frequency of leg cramps during sleep.

This magnesium has been the best I have tried! I take it at bed time and it helps me relax and sleep really well throughout the night! They are affordable and the bottles last a long time!

It’s common knowledge that most people are deficient in magnesium. There are so many types of magnesium that it can be confusing without doing the research. I’ve done the research, and glycinate is the one that suits my needs the best. I’m interested in relaxing my muscles and recovering from exercise and physical work. Excellent dosing and quality here and with all Doublewood supps. My wife has restless legs at night and it affects her ability to sleep. Magnesium glycinate shuts it down. We’ve tried the really expensive stuff, and it’s great. But gets costly when you use it regularly. We’ve tried saving money by buying the cheaper stuff. It’s garbage and doesn’t work. Doublewood is the sweet spot for affordability and quality.

Good product! I haven’t been able to sleep more than about two hours a night in a very long time. The first night I took 2 capsules and I fell asleep peacefully and didn’t wake up until 6 AM the next morning. I’m actually able to take one capsule now and I am still getting a good nights rest. I would recommend this product.

These 400 mg capsules are only 1/2 the size of a previous brand that I used that were 200 mg and I had to swallow 2 of the previous brand each day. This brand is much easier to swallow and I only need 1 per day.

We take from it daily before sleep it helps too much in sleeping and relaxing

Todo bien con el producto, llevo una semana tomándolo, no me quedo dormida tan rápido, pero una vez que me duermo, mi sueño es profundo. Solo tengo una duda, en los ingredientes dice que solo tiene 60mg de glicinato, no cual debería estar tomando de 3 a 4 cápsulas, entonces creo que lo estoy tomando mal. Alguien conteste en su review está duda 🥲

Product is good and this is my repurchase. But one thing supplier need to keep in mind that relabeling, local labels should not put on product info, dosage etc information not able to see
