How many days will it feed a family of four?

Just divide the number of servings to the number of people in your family. There are 124 servings in here. Technically there would be 31 servings per person. Sadly, not all of the meals included offer the same amount of servings per meal, but perhaps you could find a way that works for your family, as far as dividing it up. I hope this helps!
