Good tear stain remover
Works well for tear stain removal. I don’t really notice much of a smell so my dog doesn’t seem to mind it.

Might be okay but so far no results
Second time using it half the bottle dumped on the floor because the inner white cap flew off when squeezed. (Poorly designed) Have been using it about 8 days and still no results. Not sure if I would recommend.,,maybe it will get better , hoping so.

This product helps a lot
I’m using this in combination with Mighty Eyes soft chews. Each morning I clean my Bulldogs eyes with this product and then give her the soft chews as a treat. Her tear stains were deep, red and really looked bad. After a month they’ve gotten so much lighter. She thinks the soft chews or a yummy treat, and now looks forward to having her face cleaned each morning. *After using this product for a couple of months, I can definitely say it’s working! I’m cleaning her face every day and the tear stains are gone. I’m still using Mighty Eyes in addition to the Burt’s Bees.

DID NOT WORK AT ALL ON DOG'S TEAR STAINS
I have a beautiful white Pomeranian puppy, she developed dark tears stains. I always relied on Burt's Bees, and thought this would work. After 4 weeks and daily application, it hasn't made any difference at all. Now my baby has permanent dark stains on her white fur like someone took a Sharpie. The tears stains actually got worse. My vet said this is common with white dogs and not a medical condition. This product only made the stains appear darker when they were wet with the product, then, afterwards, I kept it on anyway hoping for the eventual 3-4 week turn around time as promised by the product. Very very disappointed that I should have used something else when I saw this wasn't working and now looks like the stains are tattooed on. She's such a beautiful girl, I'm so upset that about this! A total waste of money. Very angry that animal products are not regulated and anyone can make any promise at all. But's Bees should really be ashamed of themselves for making false claims.
