I have been buying from bulk supplements for years. The only down said is that I had to buy a scale to measure weight from grams to milligrams. On this one my scale said 1/64 of teaspoon for 50mg. I also ask the question on this order site and it gave the same answer. So, I feel comfortable with that amount. I wish bulk supplements would break it down for us.

Way more than I expected! I'm not sure what my expectations were, but I assume I would have been happy just knowing that I was putting something good in my body whether I could feel the difference or not. With this....I felt the difference, and fairly quickly. Having to measure 1/64 of a tsp. is a pain in the tush, but I'll figure it out if I continue to get the results that I'm seeing so far. I take it twice a day, once in the morning, and again around 3ish in the afternoon when I start feeling sluggish. After the first day I felt a difference! I decided not to get too excited in case it was a fluke, so I didn't mention anything to my husband, but after the third day I let him in on the secret. This is only his first day taking it, so I don't know how it's working with his system yet, but hopefully he'll have the same results. For a little insight on me...I'm a 46 yr. old female beginning pre-menopause with low Vitamin D and feeling VERY tired most of the time. I started taking Vitamin D about two weeks ago (but heard that takes awhile to get in your system) and started taking this 4 days ago. I've had no energy drinks, which is my normal "go-to" just to get the day started, as I don't drink coffee. I'm extremely happy with this product, and intend on trying more.

Awesome stuff! I usually feel the effects of anything I ingest quite well. The effects of this product were felt almost immediately. I felt more focused, happier, get better sleep, and am able to wake up out bed ALOT faster. I am so much more positive with this product. I have only been using this product for a few days and I hope the positive effects last. Also, get some small measuring spoons, as the daily dose is only 1/64th of a teaspoon in size. This also means that this product, if you get the 250mg size, will give you 5,000 servings!!! Can't beat that, and also can't put a price on the positive effects it brings you.
