Nice Fit
Use this to relocate an amateur radio microphone (RJ45 End) to a different area to avoid issues. It works well and appears to be shielded. The panel mount has a slight texture and blends with the interior paneling of my car. Now I can easily use my microphone.

Worked good for my Anytone 5555n II radio, needed the mic cable just a little bit longer and this did the trick. Makes install look clean with a flush mounted mic input under the dash.

Works but wish they had longer lengths
It works, but 3 feet is a little bit too short. I tried really hard to get one in a 6 foot length but I could not find one which would’ve been a lot more convenient. I ended up not using it.

Microphone Extension
Using this as a microphone extension for a vehicle mounted GMRS radio. The radio body sits under the passenger seat. All controls are on the mic itself, but the original cable isn't long enough to reach the radio body. Mounted this in the center console to give a clean look. I'm happy with the results.
