Never going back to a regular pan
I donโt even care how boring it makes me, I really love these pans. I have a larger and a smaller one now and theyโre so versatile, I use them constantly and have thrown out all of my regular frying pans. Thereโs a learning curve involved with these pans, but as long as you a) let it get HOT before you use it (will a drop of water sizzle?) b) Never let it sit in water or be generally damp, and c) can put up with a heavy piece of cookware then you canโt go far wrong! Theyโre fabulous for everything from fried eggs to pork chops or cinnamon rolls! If youโve ever killed a cast iron pan but liked the concept, then these pans are for you. The enamel makes them easy to clean and nonstick from day one, and itโs obvious if youโve actually got it clean or not ๐ I wash mine by hand and set them on a hot stove for a bit to dry out, and give them a light coat of oil now and then.

Beautiful pan
I went from cast iron and ceramic to non-stick a few years ago. Never really been happy with the non-stick and the way it heats. Finally going back to ceramic and got this to replace my small non-stick. I am so happy with it. One, it's beautiful, I got the teal. And it heats evenly and retains heat evenly. And it's so easy to clean. Reading some of the reviews, it seems as tho many people think of ceramic as non-stick. It's not. However, it is very easy to clean. But you have to care for them, don't scratch them. When I have stuck food, a bit of water and a few minutes later it cleans up fine. If you use any type of scratcher, make sure it is one specifically for non-stick and ceramic. If cared for, this will last a lifetime or two. And a tip for making it non-stick. . . make sure it is well heated before adding food. I regularly make breads in ceramic, no greasing, just heat the dish well in 450-500 and drop in dough. No stick.

Great value
I've phased out using my Teflon pans this past year due to the issues with PFAS. I was just looking to try some entry level options as cast iron was new to me. This item was on the really cheap side when looking at enameled cast iron, so I started with it as the size seemed right for eggs. Been using it for almost a year now and it works great. The weight of cast iron takes some getting used to but no other issues.

Nice little pan
Enameled cast iron small pan great for everyday use. Arrived in good condition and looks a little lighter in color than pictured. It does batch other teal colored crock pot brand products in the series. Be warned that all enameled cast iron has chipping issues. The exterior will crack and chip if dinged by other hard or sharp objects. At least with this brand you are not paying extra price for a luxury name. We have other enameled cast iron that lasted us for years and you can buy the more affordable products that are beautiful and will have longevity.

Perfect condition, perfect frypan. Even crusted on food is easily removed.
Got tired of cleaning regular cast iron, so I bought this little beauty. This item, per instructions, should only be hand washed. Iโd floured beef stew meat, sautรฉing on two sides before adding to a casserole dish. Boy, what a mess! Black stuff was everywhere, inside and out. I used Bon Ami on the outside. While it wonโt scratch, I didnโt want to aggressively clean the inside. Instead, I gave it a good hand wash, mostly filed it with water, added baking soda, then vinegar, and set it to medium on the range for about 1/2 hour. Other than a few specks, everything lifted off the pan and was poured down the drain. A final gentle scrub with the sponge, and it was 100% back to out-of-the box perfection.

Not as great as I hoped
These pans are very heavy. Heat distribution is great because of cast iron. I have had them for six months. Food sticks and the paint is starting to come off by the handle and it is starting to rust

Wonderful replacement piece
Love my vintage Waterford cast iron enamel skillet, however when it broke I needed a new skillet. Took a chance and really like this skillet. Will be getting adding pieces as time and money permits. Love the teal color, really brightens up the kitchen. Rather stunning color, leave it out on the stove. Use a medium to low flame to keep things from burning, easy clean up.

Almost as non-stick as Teflon
Have been looking for a durable, non-toxic, no-forever-chemicals alternative to regular non-stick pans, and I think I found it. Follow the directions - preheat on medium with a little oil before using, hand wash to preserve the slick finish - and although maybe not quite as non-stick as Teflon, it will still fry even eggs with relatively little trouble.

Small but Mighty
This is the perfect pan for 1 person. I love my bigger cast iron and always wished I had a smaller one. Well I wish no more. I cook in it, wash it and put it right back on the stove top. And the colour is dreamy!

Love
Smaller size. Perfect for 2x150g steak size cut. Perfect condition. No defects, no cracks, no peels, no scratches, easy to remove burnt food at bottom too. Just leave it with water in the sink and wipes easily. I've used it to bake, grill, cook etc and its all good. Food cooks much faster too. I love it. Only that it's heavy :)

Ease of cleaning
DEFINITELY NOT easy to clean. Everything I cooked in it stuck to the base. It was not easy to clean at all. Itโs now past return by date so it will be going in the bin

Cleaning is difficult
Works well if enough oil is used, cleaning is a little tedious

Better call this crAck-pot
We have been using this for a little over 2 weeks now just for frying eggs and quick cook food like luncheon meat, etc. Then this Saturday, i noticed the hairline cracks appearing. I have other cast iron brands like Lodge & Le Creuset (LC) and I have never experienced these hairline cracks with them. I know the LC is priced high due to its quality. However, I was hoping that this Crockpot brand would be at par with my Lodge casserole since Crockpot is distributed by Gibson who is known for good quality dinnerware. I was wrong! :( Better buy those known brands with proven quality. My excitement upon receiving this item turned into disappointment. =( Thankful that Amazon accommodated my request for a return & refund. That one star is for Amazon's great customer service.
