ESP32-S3-DevKitC-1-N8R8 Development Board

One thing to note, this is the wroom 1 quad flash and not wroom 2 octa flash. This is fine for most uses until need to keep them labeled so I don’t use them with higher memory usage projects.I picked up several more of these. The esp32s3 devkit is a great device for quick prototyping with a breadboard. With expansive IO, it’s easy to use one of these without worry of limited GPIO or reduced functionality. Once the prototype is finished, I buy an esp32s3 that matches the specific requirements and solder it into a final device. I love these dev boards for the simple reusability.For those not aware, the esp32s3 has some of the most complete micropython to use. Having access to networking and low level features like esp now from micro python allows for very quick coding compared to laboring with c for something so simple.

These guys scan do so much and the speed and durability are a real thing. I will say if you wanna learn it gets easier slowly.

I really liked this board. This was used for an AI project and worked perfectly. The memory is fast, and maybe heats up a little bit more than expected. Anyways, it is just so cool how it works. I really recommend it

I needed some of the extra features found on the ESP32-S3 board and the official dev kit is definitely the one to get.

All those deals you see online for 3 boards for $20 are for the outdated old and inferior chip.Get the S3, because it has more of everything, and the board is made by a real company, so you wont have to worry about soldering on capacitors or faulty boards. Also, the presentation is very nice, it comes in a high quality box.Don't buy crap.
