I always buy this brand because it seems to have high quality supplements. I use this to treat POTS. It's like natural midodrine. I take it once in the morning and again 8 hours later. If I take it too close to bedtime, it can make it hard to sleep. I have had no other side effects. Helps with water retention, too!
