This stuff saved my life while cruising through rough seas avoiding a hurricane near the Bahamas. Follow directions chew one to two tablets daily till you don't need them any more. This prevents motion sickness, nausea, weird headaches & more. I got the 16 tablet foil punch out package. This will last you 10 to 16 days depending on how many you have to take. I suggest 1 pill at first to see how you react & feel. Talk to your Dr. about other meds you're taking for no drug interaction. It works extremely Well. No stickiness, no bad taste. No side effects for me. The strength can be adjusted read the label. This was perfect for my 7 day cruise & I will use these again.

My family swears by this stuff. We travel a lot and this is so much more effective and less drowsy than Dramamine. We also use this to help with cramps during periods and dizziness.

Works great! My mom and I can get sea sick on choppy days on cruises. We tried some other brands, and they make you super sleepy or give you that hazy feeling like a hangover. Bonine really works and does not make you drowsy at all. About an hour after we take it, we are no longer bothered by the rocky seas and can go about our day like normal. Highly recommend!

I travel frequently and Dramamine always made me feel tired, which defeats the purpose when you need to actually function after landing. Bonine handles motion sickness on flights just as well without the drowsiness. The raspberry flavor is tolerable. Price per tablet is reasonable and the travel-sized packaging fits easily in a carry-on or pocket.

These work perfect for motion sickness and nausea!!!! They are a little chalky but works pretty quickly. It’s the only thing that helped me. I also take before I get on a plane and they easily pack well in carryon. Highly recommend these.

Went on my first cruise in April, I started getting seasick and the Bonine worked quickly to calm my nausea when we had a rough sea night. I have not had motion sickness in the past on boats or land, so I was not expecting it on the cruise.

I get considerably motion sickness, but this product definitely helped! I like that it’s anti-drowsy. I recommend this product!

Always use this product for sea travel. Works great for Morison sickness.
