Gentle health support - gelatinized
I love the gelatinized form because its super easy on digestion with fewer adverse side effects. The taste is very pleasant and earthy; I mix a little into my oatmeal or juice and it's great! No strong smell and high quality value for the price. It seems effective, and this brand always delivers high quality products!

Good stuff, (good price
I bought this because of the health benefits that maca has and purchased the geletinized ( this kind) because it is supposed to digest better and decrease upset stomach that typical raw Maca can have. Flavor: I have tried both raw and gelatinized Maca and noticed that the gelatinized has a deeper flavor than the raw kind. The flavor resembles butterscotch or caramel but I imagine that with a vegetable taste also. Macha is a type of radish and so if you can imagine the combination of those two that's what it's like. It's really not bad, but I don't mind most things when it comes to taste. Mix ability: better than the raw, it has a tendency to clump up some but it's fairly easy with just a spoon. Health benefits: this is the whole reason I got the stuff, mainly because my body had had too much caffeine and my adrenal glands were pretty wore out. Maca is a Whole Foods that is also adaptogenic meaning that it affects your hormones and adapt to what is lacking in your body. It does give you a boost of energy especially the first couple weeks of taking it. After the initial couple weeks The feeling wore off but I do have more energy throughout the day, don't get sleepy after lunchtime and as a whole I feel much better. I typically do 10 g a day which is 2 teaspoons and I mix it up with water and drink it straight in the morning on an empty stomach so it can fully absorb. I would start out with maybe 3 or 5 g because if you're not sensitive to stimulants then it could be strong. I've been taking it for about four months and I do not plan to stop, especially with this brand! It was pretty fair priced and it delivered what it promised! Good job Anthony, 3whoever you are!

Good product appears to be high quality
High quality product. Not sure of potency it efficacy yet. Tastes like an ashtray. Find something to bury it in (shake, etc)

Mixes well in smoothies & easy to digest comfortably
I've reordered this product 4 times! I add it to my smoothies nearly every morning and feel great throughout the day. It gives me a steady boost of energy and mixes well. It has a nutty taste and smell that isn't too strong and it's easy to digest if you have problems absorbing supplements or vitamins. If any ladies are looking to gain or enhance your curves naturally this helps a lot, with exercise of course!

Selfdeception versus Truth; Savory Deception.
You can tell someone that Onions/XYZ (in your socks) helps for ZYX/headache, and they'll agree. Though merchants claim there's an alleged mechanism of action, not just wishful thinking, this is not the case either through significant acute dosing or prolonged use. Caffeine has a genuine mechanism of action, and *all* are witness. There's a notable and honest effect through honest remedies after acute and/or prolonged use; there's also a selfdeceptive approach to remedies, and this is most notable in those who never truly had issues to begin with. Vitamin D and an activated Vitamin B Complex can definitely be useful for those seeking energy, + moderate caffeine (~4 tablespoons for 120lb body); pair this with daily cardio. A stable energy is better than unstable bursts of energy. Though this root is useless acutely and after being tested for a month+, it is very delicious. It's very good with almond milk. There are needy people who use Medication X (or Caffeine + Health Regimen Y), and through this dedication they are still not even at the Bare Minimum others naturally stand on. The people who never needed caffeine seek replacements to fill a need they never truly had: energy and focus. Do not take their words seriously. Keep taking caffeine if you must. (I don't drink sugary and candy-like coffee; Just Black, and I drink it immediately = as One Dose. + Fruit 🍊 to take away the bitter aftertaste.) Tea is useless for genuine anxiety disorders, which *are* neurochemical based, so putting Onions in your socks is not going to help. (Tea = selfdeceiving and blind effort never hitting the source issue 🎯. Those who don't have serious need 'benefit' even from Onions/tea.) Feel free to buy this as delicious 'tea,' if you will. This really smells so delicious! For the price, it really is a great alternative to tea; and no microplastics end up in you through teabags. It's unfortunate this doesn't really have much nutritional value, either. 20 grams of this in one serving = ineffective 5 grams daily for +4 weeks = ineffective In the maca world, this specific product delivers significant more bang for the buck, though.
