I bought the LUOJIBIE Bug Zapper to deal with insects around my back porch, and it absolutely delivers. The LED light is very effective at attracting bugs, which is exactly what you want from a zapper. Within the first night of using it, I noticed it pulling in mosquitoes, flies, and especially a lot of June bugs. You can literally see the results, and it’s satisfying knowing it’s actively working instead of just sitting there doing nothing. What impressed me most is how quietly and consistently effective it is. There’s no strong smell, no chemicals, and no mess — just solid performance. Bugs that come anywhere near it usually don’t stay long. It does its job so well that you’ll need to clean it fairly often, but that’s actually a good problem to have because it means it’s working exactly as advertised. Emptying it is simple and quick, so maintenance isn’t a hassle. One unexpected bonus is the extra light underneath the unit. It gives off a nice glow that adds light to my back porch, which I really like. My dogs seem to appreciate it too since they can see better when they’re outside at night. It’s a small feature, but it actually makes a noticeable difference in how usable the porch area feels in the evenings. I will say, it sometimes turns into a bit of a buffet for a couple of frogs that show up to grab easy meals, but that honestly doesn’t bother me at all. If anything, it’s just nature helping handle the bugs even more. Overall, this zapper has been extremely effective, durable, and worth the purchase. If you want something that truly attracts and eliminates bugs instead of just promising to, this one is a solid choice.

I had a bad infestation of fruit flies running through the upstairs and basement. I I stalled this zapper in the basement and up in the dining room. I heard a pop here and there, but they were still bombing me in the face every time I ate food. They really liked my coffee and cream, so much that all I had to do was start the brewer and here they come. So, my son told me to use it as bait around the zapper, so I soaked a cotton ball and placed it near the zapper and lo and behold, it zapped so much it startled us! After cleaning out the drains and closing it up at night, I hope to prevent further infestation. We had a warm winter and a hot summer where most bugs are gone usually. These bugs are persistent and bug spray was not working. The light is very bright and annoying, but it can be turned off. I prefer having it on as it helps attract more fruit flies. I don't think I could have caught as many fruit flies without the bait. It just speeds things up for me. Just make sure you don't place your bait too close to the zapper for safety reasons. And keep all your drains free from gunk. It draws gnats like crazy. Update: I requested a replacement bulb as stated in the warranty, but after two requests, I have had no response. The warranty states that if the bulb goes out before a year, after purchasing, you can receive a free bulb replacement. Both units went out after7 months of use at the same time. I requested two bulbs because I bought two units. They still catch a bug or two, but not like it was before. It's been 4 months since I emailed the company, and still no response. So, don't expect to get a free bulb from this company. You will need to buy another unit, or do without. By the way, they do offer the replacement bulbs on Amazon for $13.

This is a great zapper. The light on the bottom is handy after dark and it attracts a lot of night bugs. When I clean it out (once a week) it is full of dead flying crispy critters.

It worked great for exactly 6 months then the bulb went out(fingers crossed that’s the only problem). I shall look for a replacement bulb now.

I used this for first time, led bottom lights are really bright so I tuned off around 9pm and just using illuminate light left on all night , so many bugs moth, tinny insects left picker when I opened up bottom tray but as you can see so many of stucked around of rights also abound of table. I wasn’t expecting need to be clean just one night but it’s really works well illuminate light aren’t so much blue but result does catch bugs a lot even using it without LED . This was great purchase, I hope it will last long time because price was so affordable for works so well .

Although this bug zapper is smaller than I thought it was, it really does work well. I have a forest preserve behind my house. Lots of mosquitoes.

I've had this zapper setup for over a week it hangs on porch. I have a swing bench and I enjoy setting on it in the evening. This bug zapper works so well. I have not gotten bit by mosquitoes or nats since I put this up. Very pleased and not to big. I used the light the first night, it's bright if you wanted to read a book.

Seems to help considerably. There are “zaps” happening daylight and nighttime. I have it on a screened in porch in New England. Tiny gnats come through screening and I react horribly to their bites. So far the lamp seems to help (but not totally eliminate unfortunately).

Buenas noches y saludos, Por mucho tiempo hemos estado batallando con moscas en la cocina. Inclusive en tiempo de invierno. Y lo que usabamos era el insecticida en spray. Obviamente, NADA RECOMENDABLE porque al usar el spray no solo es caro, lo peor es que el insecticida cae en muchas cosas que se encuentran cerca de donde està la mosca parada. Pero el matamosquitos con luz led HA SIDO TODO UN ÊXITO. Hasta se siente uno menos estresado. De repente se escucha el sonido cuando se electrocutan, Y la prueba de fuego fue con las moscas. Al inicio, entro la primera mosca, la vi pasar volando hacia la estancia donde està la televisiòn. Y despuès de regreso hacia la cocina - de repente se escuchò el sonido de que paso a mejor vida. Asi sucediò varios dìas. En dos ocaciones dos moscas, una primero y despuès al dìa siguiente otra, se la pasaron volando en la cocina. Pensè no han visto la luz. Le pide a mi mamà que no se desespere y quiera usar el insecticida. Minutos màs tarde paso a mejor vida. Estamos en invierno, asi que no hay muchas moscas como en verano. Pero SI FUNCIONA. BENDITO DIOS!! De hecho, cuando son moscas el sonido que se escucha es fuerte, en comparaciòn a los sonidos iniciales. Resulta que quito la tapa para ver què insectos han muerto, y eran puros mosquitos. Cuando empezaron a verse moscas, el sonido era màs fuerte. Y contè muertas 5 moscas ese dìa. LES RECOMIENDO MUCHO ESTE PRODUCTO.

This is a 110v item with US plug. This shouldn't be sold in the UAE or any country that has 220v!
