I love this stuff. It hydrates well and has lower sodium than most electrolyte drinks. The grape flavor tastes really good too. Great option if you’re looking for something more heart-friendly. Definitely one of my favorites. Helps upset tummy and pain relief

I'm not an expert or anything but, I do love this product...my favorite flavor is the grape. I can definitely tell the difference in my hydration level when I use this (I live in the desert so this helps me stay hydrated)

I mix this into glass of water that I use to take my vitamins. After breakfast, of course. I definitely need electrolytes because I never use salt. This tastes great. It was recommended by a physician I saw many years ago. Perhaps this conributes to my excellent health at a very old age.

I love the grape flavor of Ultima! I have so many flavors and this is my favorite. They are all very good so if you have not tried this quality drink to make your water intake easier, do so!!

For the record, I dislike and never drink any fruity type drinks. I’ve needed to use electrolytes pretty much my whole life as I don’t sweat, have poor blood circulation, and am borderline dehydrated all the time. However, I’ve tried several electrolytes, and I never like them so I don’t stick with them. Finding a “clean ingredients” electrolyte makes it even harder. This brand still isn’t perfect with its natural flavors which could still be chemicals, but I guess this is the one thing I’m gonna have to overlook for now because I can at least stand and actually like the grape flavor a lot. I use it with my 35 oz cup, anything less would make it way too sweet for me. I even look forward to drinking it every day. I still wish they’d replace the natural flavors with something cleaner and because of that I’ll still continue my search for a fully clean electrolyte that tastes good, but I’ll definitely be using this in the mean time.
