How comfortable is it? Is it snug around the neck?

It’s very comfortable but could be more snug. I have a small neck & the velcro enclosure didn’t allow for a tighter fit

I have a 16.5 inch neck. Will this fit me? Or, will I feel like I am being choked?

Dear Customer, This is Lylien from ComfiTech support team. I am so sorry that the ice pack in our neck wrap is only 15 inches long. Therefore, the neck ice pack is not suitable for your neck size. We apologize for the inconvenience we have caused you, and if you would like a return or refund, please feel free to contact us. Yours, ComfiTech

so everyone's all how long does it last my question is how long does it take to get cold again?

Takes 6-8 hours to get Cold again in a freezer

This only comes in black?? using it outside, i would think you would have white, this would burn up in 5 minutes in FL sun

Hi, we have other colors of this Neck Ice Pack Wrap, such as blue, purple and pink for your choice. Thank you. Best regards, ComfiTECH support team
