What is the diffretnt between chevron sr1 and sri-2 grease?

Chevron SRI-2 is an NGLI 2 grease with a polyurea thickener. We have never seen a Chevron product identified as SR1. Chevron does not manufacture an NLGI1 version of the SRI.

I believe the number represents the viscosity of the product. 2 is thicker than 1

No, it is not, the grease gun size tube is the smallest available.

I personally don't like to mix greases

I brought this because the part I needed to grease. This was supposed to be the grease used in its manufacture, I personally don't like to mix greases. It maybe over kill but I am satisfied.
