Spiegazione ADHD MOLTO ACCURATA !
Un libro illuminante! Finalmente un approccio chiaro e umano all’ADHD, che va oltre i soliti stereotipi. Gli autori spiegano con semplicità come funziona il cervello ADHD e offrono strategie pratiche per migliorare concentrazione, produttività e autostima. Mi è piaciuto tantissimo il tono positivo e incoraggiante: invece di trattarlo come un “problema”, mostrano come possa essere una dote da imparare a gestire. Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia capire meglio sé stesso o una persona vicina che vive con l’ADHD.

Un livre incontournable pour permettre de structurer sa vie malgré le TDAH. Ecrit par un medecin lui meme atteint de TDAH et reconnu comme un expert, ce livre est une mine d'or pour tirer parti de ce qui n'est pas un trouble mais une façon différente de fonctionner dans le monde.
