True bargain for all skin care needs

I'm really happy with this. I bought it for my son, but I planned to use it for myself too. Absolutely happy with the result. No need to be totally close to it... just do what you can take and let the rest do your room.... happy customer.

Pretty neat steamer. Bought as a backup to an expensive sinus steamer. Sounds like a pot boiling, gives sufficient steam. You can regulate the steam. Only one heat level. Runs for a good amount of time. It will get the job done. Was hoping to use for travel but base is a bit larger than expected. Bonus towel and facial tools. Overall a good buy and I would recommend.

I am having severe allergy symptoms since yday and hence order this last night and recevied this few hours ago - and used it immediately. 1) I was disappointed by the small size of the water container - but then I was impressed how quick water was able to boil and send mist/steam. 2) Both masks - Nasal and the Facial one - were able to funnel enough steam & comfortable. 3) Added advantage is that I can add any herbal oil or liquid in the water container to get a herbal steam unlike the ionic ones which has restrictions 4) Dont know about the life of the plastic, but definitely looks better the VICKS models I had before. Planning to take Amazon warranty to be safer

I used this product to take steam for my sinus pain. I used the product 2-3 times a day for 2-3 days and it worked fine. On 3rd day, when I was using this product, after 2-3 minutes when the water was boiling inside the steamer, water just exploded all over my face. I got serious second degree burn all over my face and inside my nose. I was rushed to ER and had to go through burn treatment for a month to get the healing process started. I am still going through the healing phase, but I want to bring to everyone's attention that please DO NOT buy this product as it is not safe to use and it can cause life threatening injuries. I was blessed that my eyes were ok, but who knows may be next time it can be worse with someone else. You do not want to take the risk of going through the physical and mental pain I have gone through. I have reported the accident to Amazon as well asking them to take this product off the website, but no action has been taken so far!

For the money, this is a great product. I use it to steam my lungs with eucalyptus because I have asthma. Yes, it takes a long time to warm up, but try putting less water in. I don't use a full tank, just a half, yet it gets the job done. I set a timer for 20-25 minutes and that is long enough to get a half full tank boiling. I wrap it with a thick towel to help hold the heat on the tank. Also, if you are happily steaming and the steam drops off, check the indicator light. If it is flashing, it has timed out. Just turn it off and back on. This resets the nanny timer (thanks, manufacturer, but I don't need a mommy anymore) so you can get even more time steaming.
