Very difficult packaging
This was incredibly hard to get out of the packaging and assemble as the tail was attached to the cardboard inside the box and had to be ripped out and then popped apart to get the silicone piece on. Not at all how the instructions or link for instructional video showed at all as it showed the attachment piece already in the tail and not punched through packaging.

Great gift
Bought this for my granddaughter after not finding anywhere locally. She absolutely loved it. Although I order right before Christmas the item arrived on time. Thank you for a great experience.
