I am a 79 years-old woman and have taken Saw Palmetto supplements in capsule form to combat thinning hair for about 4 years. The taste is pleasantly sweet and fruity and the gummies are easy to chew and swallow. I also like that these gummies are designed to combat female hair loss and have a much lower dosage than the capsules that are for male prostate issues. You do have to take 2 gummies per day, so I eat one in the morning and one at night. With the 2 per day dosage, one bottle of gummies lasts one month. I hope Havasu Nutrition keeps the gummies in stock because they are a huge improvement over the capsules. After buying them from Amazon for a couple of months, I added to my monthly Amazon Subscribe & Save.

These gummies taste very good but there's supposed to be for hair growth and I haven't really noticed a whole lot of difference. Maybe you have to take them longer I've been on them about a month. Fast shipping Good Packaging

i cant really comment on the effectiveness of these gummies as i included these along with all the other gummies i take later on which is (zinc, vitamin c, vitamin d, and biotin) after i started using these i saw some reviews where it said it makes you gassy. well i can confirm that this did make me gassy this is the 3rd day in a row you will be farting frequently and it will smell 3x worse then your normal ones.

Great product. Taste good and very easy to take. I've noticed a difference in hair strength, color and shininess. Overall a very good product to have in your cabinet if you're worried about hair loss.

Great tasting, good value for the money and it has significantly helped with my hair loss. I have been using this product for 4 months and my hair is fuller, also have noticed not loosing hair as much.
