Excellent, Authentic Seletti Monkey Lamp
I have wanted this light forever. It is more of a work of art than a lamp that gives off a great amount of light. It is definitely authentic. Came with the light bulb and an American plug/ USA plug. I like the fact that the light can hang from the monkey's hand so if he is sitting high on a shelf, the light can hang down.Note: There are plenty of counterfeits on amazon that show real pictures of this Seletti Monkey Lamp. You will not get anything remotely close to the real thing. This authentic monkey has an arched back and bent arms. His feet are curled since he was designed to sit on the edge of a table. If you don't place him on the edge he will not sit flush with the table. The detailing is excellent. The fake lamps look more like a skinny human body with a weird monkey head.
