what is the length of the strap?

About 19 1/2 inches. I had to measure it from one end of the strap to the where it curves in the middle to other end of the strap. Hope it answers your question.

Is it compatible with so clean machine

Yes but I would advise going with the name brand head gear, I tried this & is didn't stay in place throughout the night very well.
