Excellent blend of seasoning. No MSG. I gave a bottle to every member of my diet support group. Great on red meat, poultry and fish. Absolutely love it over veggies and eggs , you can also melt some butter and milk add Velveeta cheese n spike stirring until melted add spike to taste and flour to thicken love it over. Broccoli carrots, mushrooms, cauliflower what are the best cheese sauces I’ve ever had in my entire life. I’ll do the spike.

This is our favorite seasoning of all time. I grew up using this as a young person in a hippie dippy family. It goes on everything. It’s great on anything like eggs or rice or whatever you want. It does have its own distinct flavor, but it’s something that I put on everything and have used my entire life. I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of it. If you like one of those seasonings, that’s an all around good on everything type of seasoning, this is it. It comes in a box that also has an inner plastic wrapping to keep the seasoning together. I find that I prefer to sift the larger chunks of the seasoning out because I don’t like larger chunks of seasoning in my food. Usually when I receive the box, I immediately sift it and then put it in a jar to use. When I sift it, it just removes the largest pieces. And I still have a massive amount of seasoning left. But you don’t have to sift it if you don’t want to. It’s a great product and it comes very quickly. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!!!

One of the best multi-purpose seasonings I have ever used. My mother used it, I remember that great flavor as a child, and still using it today. We use it on eggs, salads, meats and poultry, vegetables and so much more. It is our main seasoning that adds a unique flavor that once you taste it, you are hooked. I can't imagine not having Spike in our kitchen. You can even get this as a reduced salt or salt free option. This is a terrific value for the price as a box goes a long way. We give it 5 stars.
