Pulled a rib muscle which can take up to 8 weeks to heal. Took two of these pills and the pain decreased by, I’m not kidding, about 90% in less than 15 minutes. This works shockingly well for muscle spasms in my back. It’s not perfect, but I went from not being able to move to a very manageable amount of pain. I’d recommend drinking a lot of water with it since that naturally can help with muscle spasms too It’s a CNS depressant so be mindful of that before you take other medications or drink anything with alcohol The smell is wild - WILD (by far the worst smelling thing I’ve ever consumed) but it’s a small price to pay for effective relief

Formula 303 was recommended by my chiropractor and it is truly amazing! I have been taking it for over a year for neck pain (from a horse injury 20 years ago). It eases the pain and helps me achieve restful sleep. I also take it for occasional nervousness. I do find that it works best if I take a dose or two throughout the day, and then a dose at bedtime. It smells exactly like the valerian plants in my garden (very stinky), but it reassures me that it actually includes true valerian root. Therefore, I don’t mind the smell at all—because it’s so effective.

These tablets help alleviate leg cramps. Look past the smell. They are very helpful.

I had a prescription muscle relaxer that would make me slightly drowsy and I would have to be careful about taking them before I may be driving. Consequently, I asked my chiropractor for a recommendation, expecting another prescription. Instead, he gave me these with the admonition to never, ever chew them up. Let's be blunt. They STINK! But they work. And they do not make me drowsy, so I can use them any time. Personally, I'm OK with the odor for the few seconds it takes to open the bottle, dump out a pill, and swallow it down. Others may not be able to do so.

This is the best natural muscle relaxer I have used. It's a good combination of valerian, Pasi flower and magnesium which work well together.

They reek and taste horrible. But they work well so it’s a toss up. Love the natural ingredients
