What percentage of Zinc is in the rod?

I dont know. It took the sulfur smell out of the hot water. Have had it in for 2 years now and its still working. We have well water. I would replace it with the same rod when its necessary

Will this fit my pr650x0ds water heater?

I don't know that particular water heater but this anode rod is in several sections with a cuttable steel cable in between the sections. My water heater is a backup for one bathroom and is quite small but I was able to cut the sections so it fit quite readily.

Will this fit my ao smith model number gcg 50401 propane water heater?

yes If your replacing a hex head anode that is visible. mike
