Q: Can i appliy this patch n plug over my epoxy in ground pool paint on concrete floor and metal wall ok?

Unfortunately NO, The Patch n Plug needs to be applied only on a clean concrete surface. Otherwise it may work for awhile and then it will just peel off.

Q: Can this be used over drylock paint?

I think so. We have used this product over virgin cement and three times over painted cement. Each case we chipped each to expose the crack

Q: I ran out of the product prior to completely filling a void. Can this be reapplied over-itself several days later ?

we did exactly that. don't forget to keep spritzing it with water.
