My First Book of Houseplants (Terra Babies at Home)

Very cute little book! I bought for my unborn niece for her Easter basket and the illustration is wonderful and as a plant lover, it’s pretty detailed.

Absolutely perfect gift! Nice quality. Super cute. Great price! Memorable and unique gift that affirmed and cemented a school friendship as we prepare to graduate. Fun backstory about why the heck I bought a plant board book: During my 1st year of grad school, a classmate kept killing her plants with "love". Over watering. Under watering. Left one sunning itself in 100F heat too long. Many innocent plants lost their lives... then she got pregnant! Oh dear. This poor kiddo is doomed! (The jokes write themselves, right? Even funnier is that she gave all her baby shower guests mini cacti.) I'm happy to report that so far, so good. The wee sprout will be 3 soon. But I had to get him this book so he doesn't follow in his mom's plant-murdering footsteps! When Mom thanked me, she said all her plants are doing well now. Well, of course! Baby care now takes up the "extra" time she had to nurture the plants to death! LOL I was delighted to stumble on this while looking for another book and highly recommend it!

Such a beautiful, informative book. The artwork is beautiful and I love that it’s so educational while also being entertaining. Highly recommend for the plant loving parent in your life.

Cute book with lovely illustration.

My daughter in law loves plants so when I saw this I thought it would be fun for her to read to her baby girl. It was a hit with the my DIL and the baby seems to enjoy it to. Honestly pretty cute and I was surprised that a board book on plants could be fun to read!

Bought this for my toddler age 1 Pictures pages: excellent Variety of houseplants given: excellent I enjoy that the end of the book tells you how to pick, pot and care for a houseplant. Very satisfied with purchase and would buy the other books from this company.

We love this book! It’s so full of color and pictures from corner to corner on each page. If you’re a plant lover and parent, this is the absolute perfect book for you! It even has an activity of making your first plant at the end for when your baby gets older!

Covers Peace Lily, Teddy Bear Vines, Cast Iron Plant, Aloe Vera, Bamboo, Snake Plant, Orchid, Spider Plant... It tells little information about each plant. The illustrations are very clear but they are not real. My baby likes it all in all.

Cute book. Sturdy pages, the word ‘bamboo’ seems to now be a favourite! Child can learn how to plant their own plant in a pot too near the last pages of the book.

We purchased this for our friends babyshower. It is SO cute. It goes through different types of house plants, how much to water and the sunlight they like. Beautiful pictures and sturdy! She also loved it! 10/10.

Bought to read for our baby when he gets a little older. Very cute book and well illustrated.
