I was very skeptical when purchasing this, even after reading the excellent reviews. Well to say I was amazed is an understatement! I have a bulging disc in my neck, which occasionally becomes trapped. Usually takes between 3)6 months to get rid of with physio. I can honestly say after my first session on this I actually felt a difference. After 5 days I was cured, the nerve went back and I've not had a problem since. If like me you are skeptical just give it a go you will definitely be amazed!

It is a great tool to relax your neck , and nape. Very nice experience! There are 3 different ways you can use it. One is to put it on the lumbar zone while you're sitting to work the other 2 are for the neck. There are very easy instructions inside the package too. I recommend you to read them proor using the product. There is some traction for sure, when you use it, but in my case having many issues couldn't change much the situation. I have noticed that after 5 minutes I felt dizzy so do not use it longer maybe. I have only used a few times, so I can't tell if it works for the stretching as advertised. I believe this is good for relaxing, releasing the tension and taking a break from work leaving the killer desk chair lol! To be honest I think it is a bit overpriced, that's why I did not give 5 stars.

I suffer spinal pain including the neck. I thought I would give it a try as the reviews were good. I wasn’t disappointed, this product actually works and is wonderful for relieving tension and pain. It’s a bit uncomfortable at first but your neck muscles do soften when tight and you get such a relief. I recommend using it for about 20 mins and often fall asleep because it’s so nice. Highly recommend this what have you got to loose except pain or discomfort.

So-so feeling for this product. Yes it easies a tight neck but I couldn’t use it daily. Once a a week or twice a month for use for me.

I tend to find myself slouching and often get headaches caused by neck tension so I bought this to stretch my neck and it's worked well so far. I've only used it twice over the past week and haven't had a headache yet. I was sceptical as I thought, what can this do that I cant do myself, but it seems to stretch in a way I can't. Glad I bought it.

Rock hard badly described TMJ et al pain relief aid. Uncomfortable even once you work out how to use the thing. If you want a crick in your neck as well as TMJ be my guest. I'd have sent you mine but I binned it - couldn't be bothered to send it back or inflict it on some hapless charity.

Absolutely brilliant I brought this after suffering from severe pain in my neck shoulders , jaw and a headache after using it for 5 minutes twice a day every day wow it has helped so much you feel it yourself.. I was in so much pain eating pain relief having massage etc which wasn’t helping This has . it is comfortable , a great price I am so glad I did my family also use it to help their aching neck’s …

Ormai lo uso ogni giorno da 10 giorni circa e posso dire che allevia notevolmente i dolori di cervicale per chi non ha protrusioni ma solo cattiva postura che ha me ha causato con il tempo la rettilinizzazione della cervicale consigliatomi dal fisiatra

Super hilfreich bei ständigem Druckgefphl im Nacken. Alles am Kopf und Nacken entspannt sich schnell wenn man auf dem Kissen liegt , es ist sofort ein angenehmes und wohltuendes gefühl
