If you want to learn and be inspired by the basics of the chakra system this book assists in setting a foundation of truly understanding what it’s all about. Worth every cent.

WONDERFUL resource for all things Chakra! Lots of info on the historical, medical, cultural and religious applications of the chakras, how to identify and balances auric energies. Often refers both forward and backward in the text, so if you are brand new to the subject you may need to hop around frequently to gain an understanding of the references made by the writer. This is a technical and comprehensive guide for the newbie, and a great quick reference for the practitioner.

I purchased this excellent book in 2019. Thorough, yet easy to read and understand it's a bargain at $10. Now I can open and access ALL my chakras through meditation but it did take a while to master! Highly recommend.

This is a great book, and I've learned a lot from it. Like the other "Bibles" I've read, It's well written, easy to ready and very informational. It's a great start for anyone looking to learn more about Chakras and energy healing. With photos and visual references, it makes it that much easier to learn. I was really impressed, and I'll be buying more in the future. There's a lot to like about this book, and I'm very happy with my purchase!

This is a fabulous resource that covers more details about Chakras than I ever knew existed. This is the first learning tool about Chakras that I've purchased, and while I'm glad I have it, I also think I might want something a little more intro-level with brief overviews. I also wish the actual format had a spiral binding. The book is small & thick - handy size, but sometimes awkward to hold on to. I appreciate the details about related yoga positions and crystal & aroma therapies related to Chakras. Definitely worth the price.

This is one of my favorite book purchases EVER!! I love this book so much, I turn to this book at least once a day. I was very new to chakras and yoga and healing stones and essential oils etc and this book has guided me so properly. I've learned so much from this book and I highly recommend this to anyone into chakras, stones and yoga whether you're new to it or have been practicing for years!

This is a must have book if you are just getting into and working with chakras. It goes over the brief history of chakras, where they are located, and theories. It gives you deity representations in the Hindu pantheon for each chakra. It gives you lists of stones to calm, balance, and activate each chakra. It also gives you yoga positions for each chakra. It varies between each chakra but they have exercises you can do for example, in the third eye chakra (it might be throat) section there is this guided candle meditation you can do. It is just packed with info. Must read for anyone interested in working with chakras!!! Blessed Be!!!!

I’m still reading this book but my first opinion is I love the size, It’s small so it’s easy to travel with. Has so much more information than what I realized and is exactly what I was looking for. So happy with purchase.

my dad and his fiancé buy me crystals every so often and ever since I properly set them up, I’ve found my mental health getting remotely better. Obviously crystals aren’t going to heal depression or anything like that but they certainly help, and I love that this book can tell me which stones are which and what their special power is
